Edward Albee's The Goat, or Who Is Sylvia? is one of the most acclaimed works of the legendary playwright's career, winning the 2002 Tony and Drama Desk Awards, and becoming a Pulitzer Prize finalist. This tragicomedy tells the story of Martin, a world-class architect whose solid family relationships and professional success are threatened by a disturbing secret passion. Among Albee's other notable works are the Tony Award-winning Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, plus favorites like Breakfast at Tiffany's and The Ballad of the Sad Cafe. Longtime stage and screen actor-director Michael Shipley helms this production at the Phoenix Theatre.
